All orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Orders

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
