At Lucialiving, we want every lighting piece to feel perfect in your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process to make things easy and worry-free.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or improper installation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For safety and quality reasons, heavily used or damaged lighting products may not qualify for returns.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 Business Days (Mon–Fri).

Please note that additional processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Installed or heavily used products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Final-sale or clearance items
