How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days (Mon–Fri). After shipping, delivery within the United States typically takes 4–8 Business Days. Estimated total delivery time: 5–11 Business Days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Lucia Living ships exclusively within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery status anytime.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard U.S. shipping for a flat rate of $4.99. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions during special events.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. To request a return, contact us at support@lucialiving.shop.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 Business Days (Mon–Fri) back to your original payment method.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Lucia Living does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Are your lighting products easy to install?
Most of our lighting products are designed for simple installation. Product-specific installation information may be included in the packaging or product description. For safety, we recommend professional installation for hardwired fixtures.
